Thai chicken sausage

We invented this free range chicken sausage, based on the infamous Khao Soi; a Northern-Thai chicken stew. This sausage is full of warm and comforting flavours: black cardamom, coriander seeds, ginger, cilantro stems, coconut.

Thai mushroom sausage (100% vegetarian, almost vegan)

No meat never tasted this good. We infuse mushrooms with loads and loads of Thai flavors: chili, garlic, lemon grass, cilantro stems and much much more.

Thai Fish cookies

Our own take on the traditional fish cookie. Unlike most fish cookies; the one we make actually tastes like fish. Spicy fish that is. It has a nice and moist texture. Packed with locally sourced mackerel and cod. And Thai flavors of course: red curry, kaffir lime leaves, and cilantro.
